JAMMU, May 17: Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), the apex body of industry has described the decision of the State Govt to do away with procuring various NoCs from different Govt departments as a step in right direction.
The CII while appreciating the step taken by State Govt said that it would change dynamics of industrialization in the State  and the country that has taken the developmental steps towards ease of doing business. As per the new announcement, the process has now been simplified, and just requires a single page declaration form and important NoC’s from Pollution Control Board  and Electricity Department.
