JAMMU, Jan 22: A deputation of Channi Himmat Development Council, called on CEO ERA, Vinod Sharma at his office chamber and discussed the problems being faced by the residents of Sector-3, Channi Himmat, Housing Colony regarding construction of culverts and laying of PHE pipes & other demands of the area.
The deputation, led by Ashok Gupta, comprised of Vijay Gupta, Prem Sagar, Ashok Jandyal, Balwan Singh, Surinder Gupta, K K Langer and D S Jamwal.
Vinod Sharma issued on the spot instructions to ERA staff for inspecting the sites personally and do the needful.
Following this, the Chief Engineer Ravinder Gupta along with R K Gupta (SE), Sunil Ganjoo (XEn), Deep Khajuria (AEE), Vikas Sharma (JE), S. L. Kapoor (D.S.E.) Construction Engineer and other concern staff visited the site of culverts in Sec. 3, Channi Himmat and drains which has been blocked.
The Chief Engineer issued the instructions to the concerned for completion of the said job immediately and solve the problem of the people.
