N O T I C E
1. Whereas, the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports was in receipt of Selection panel of Physical Education Teachers District cadre Anantnag from Services Selection Board J&K vide No. SSB/Sel/Secy/2016/1308,-14, Dt: 23-01-2016 in pursuance to Notification 02 of 2013 and 09 of 2013; and
2. Whereas, after receipt of approval from Administrative Department, the candidate whose selection was released by the Services Selection Board was appointed as Physical Education Teacher in District Anantnag; and
3. Whereas, Services selection Board has released the selection of Sh. Arif Hussain Mir, S/o Gul Mohammad Mir, R/o: Batagund Agno, Zamalgam Doru Anantnag figuring at S. No. 01 (OM) item No. 712 (09 of 2013) vide No. SSB/Sel/Secy/2016/20103-105, Dt: 16-11-2016 and endorsed by Administrative Department vide No. Edu/Tech/Phy/06/2007-II, Dt: 09-12-2016; and
4. Whereas, Sh. Arif Hussain Mir, S/o: Gul Mohammad Mir, R/o: Zamalgam Doru Anantnag has submitted an undertaking wherein he has stated that he is not interested to work as Physical Education Teacher as he already stands appointed as Physical Education Lecturer vide Govt. order No. 45-Edu(Tech) of 2016, Dt: 24-02-2016.
5. In view of the above, Sh. Arif Hussain Mir, S/o: Gul. Mohammad Mir, R/o: Zamalgam Doru Anantnag is hereby informed through the medium of this notice to submit original documents both academic/technical/sports certificates for appointment as Physical Education Teacher to this office within a period of 10 (ten) days from that date of publication of this notice in the daily leading newspapers failing which it shall be presumed that he is not interested in joining the department as PET and the next candidate in waiting shall be considered for appointment.
