Educational institutions celebrate 66th Republic Day with patriotic fervour

JAMMU, Jan 24: Various educational institutions celebrated 66th Republic Day with patriotic fervour and gaiety.
Sacred Heart College of Education celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm, and joy. On the Occasion, MD of the College Hari Singh Chib hoisted the National Flag. Principal of the college Dr KK Tiwari highlighted the importance of the day. Prof Raj Bakshi, Prof Jyoti Sharma, Prof Dev Chhaya, Prof Shallini Mahajan, Prof Komal Manhas, Puja Sharma, Seema Gupta and DR Panhotra were also present.
MC Khalsa College of Education celebrated 66th Republic Day and valedictory function of “Harmonious Development Week”. Harbans Singh, Ex-Minister, Managing Trustee of the college was the chief guest, who hoisted the National Flag. Students today presented cultural programmes including solo song, group song, solo performance, group dances and gidha. During “Harmonious Development Week” various events were organized during inter Class competitions.
Taawish College of Education celebrated Republic Day with great fervour and gaiety. The National Flag was unfurled by Principal of the college. The students presented speeches and sang patriotic songs.
Luthra Public School, Talab Tillo and Shemrock Angels celebrated Republic Day. Cultural items were organized on the occasion. A quiz competition was also organized and the winners were awarded with prizes. Principal, Sanjeev Luthra threw light on the importance of the day.
JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School, Talab Tillo and JK Little Millennium celebrated Republic Day. The programme started with the unfurling of a National Flag, followed by March past and cultural programme. Managing Director Sanjeev Gupta, Academic Director Rajni Gupta and Vice Principal Geeta Dixit were also present on the occasion.
The student and staff of Shri Mahavir Jain Higher Secondary School celebrated 66th Republic day. The National Flag was unfurled by President, Jain Educational Trust Sunil Jain along with Prof Bansi Lal Jain and Principal Kulwant Singh. The student presented a captivating cultural bonanza focused on patriotism.
Shiksha Niketan celebrated Republic Day with religious fervour and gaiety. On the occasion, students attired in colourful dresses and wearing Tri-colour bands presented various cultural items. Rameshwar Mengi, Principal of the institution threw light on the importance of the day.
66th Republic Day and Basant Panchami was jointly celebrated at KC Gurukul Public School Paloura. Students and teachers sang patriotic songs, followed by parade and colourful cultural programme. Chairman of the school, Arvind Mahajan unfurled the National Flag. Academic Director Vijay Puri encouraged the students to courageously look forward for the upliftment of the nation’s pride.
MNKG Montessori Public High School celebrated Republic Day. Chairman of the institution Rabinder Singh along with Principal Gurdip Kour hoisted the National Flag in presence of students and staff members. Students presented speeches and cultural items including dance items and skits.
Crescent Public School celebrated Republic Day with enthusiasm. The celebration started with flag hoisting by Managing Director Tasneem Choudhary followed by National Anthem. The school staff presented a soulful melodious song to emphasize the importance of our Nation. Principal Bhavna Kaushal was also present on the occasion.
Paramount Convent School celebrated Republic Day. The tricolour was hoisted by Principal Isha Manhas amidst singing of National Anthem by the students. Little kids presented beautiful cultural items and also participated in dance, drill and showered flowers on National Flag. Principal urged the students to follow the path shown by great leaders.
Spring Dales Toddlers World, Gangyal celebrated 66TH Republic Day. Principal Reena Pushp unfurled the National Flag and spoke about the importance of the day. Students and staff members took part in various cultural activities.
Republic Day was celebrated at Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana, in which students and staff members took part. Ruchi Charak, Trustee, Sukhvarsha Mehta Principal unfurled the National Flag. Ruchi Charak apprised the students about the importance of the day. Students presented a vibrant cultural and enthralling cultural dance programme.
Indira Kids Playway School, Shant Nagar, Janipur celebrated Basant Panchmi and Republic Day. On the occasion, students presented various cultural items, which were highly appreciated by audience. Principal in his speech threw light on the importance of the day.
Heaven’s Angels–A Playway School and Heaven Kingdom High School celebrated Republic Day with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. A cultural bonanza of group dances was performed depicting the joy of freedom and unity in diversity. Principal Renu Sachdeva encouraged the young hearts to work for the upliftment of country and countrymen.
Nav Yug Playway School celebrated 66th Republic Day. Principal Chander Kanta unfurled the National Flag. Students presented cultural programme including patriotic songs. A fancy dress competition was also organized and the winners were acknowledged by Principal and Head of the School Preetika Jamwal.
Euro Care celebrated Republic day by organizing flag making competition.  All kids actively participated in the competition. Toddlers came dressed in white colour which depicts purity, innocence, cleanliness and completeness. Principal Ritu Beri said it is an important day for every Indian. She also threw light on the importance of the day. In the end sweets were distributed among the kids.
