DSS vows to wage war against K-rulers, opens head office

JAMMU, Dec 13: Ch Lal Singh former Minister and ex-MP took out a large rally and also inaugurated headquarters of Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan (DSS) at 10 D/C, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
A large number of people connected with the DSS from Kathua, Samba, Reasi, Udhampur, Jammu, RS Pura, Bishnah and other areas of Jammu province gathered in the Green Belt Park. They took out a rally to witness the event.

The program commenced with the honouring of over 900 Sarpanches and Panches. Ch Lal Singh welcomed all the winning Sarpanches and Panches. He said their spectacular win in the election is beginning of the war against the bias leadership of Kashmir against Jammu.
Ch Lal Singh appealed the youth not to indulge in the drug abuse. He administered oath to all the elected members and youth, not to indulge in drugs. He said DSS has to work for saving the future generation of Dogras from the menace of drugs.
While addressing the gathering Ch Lal Singh said that reorganization of all the areas of Jammu must be done by creating more Panchyats and Corporations in Jammu province. The development of the township for the border areas must be implemented as soon as possible. “We don’t need bunkers for the areas of the border people instead we need townships for peace of these people,” he said.
While referring to the Dogra certificate, Ch Lal Singh said that its issuance was stopped by NC-Cong Govt. The demand of the separate PSC and SSRB is also justified by the recent incident in the selection of Asstt Professors of the ENT Department. He said that a grave injustice with the people of the Jammu and Medical College of Jammu has been done by selecting only one candidate from Jammu and four from Kashmir. He further said that, step motherly treatment to the areas of the Doda, Bhaderwah and Kishtwar has been done by not providing them hybrid apple trees, whereas, these hybrid trees were distributed free of cost to the farmers of Kashmir. Their trucks of fruits are also crossing Lakhanpur duty free but the poor farmers of Jammu has to pay the duty of all the crops at the Post.
Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, Yash Paul Gupta, Navneet Kour and Kuljeet Singh Jamwal also addressed the gathering.
