JAMMU, Aug 4: Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS) here today appointed Tarun Uppal as Head of Youth Wing.
In a function Gulchain Singh Charak, President DSS made this appointment and expressed resentment over the deteriorated condition of Dogra Art Museum at Mubarak Mandi.
He criticized the alleged callous attitude of government for not taking proper measures for maintenance and restoration of Dogra Art Museum.
Congratulating Uppal for taking the reins of Youth Wing of the Sabha, Charak wished that his joining will inspire the youth and advised him to work for the welfare of youth community by taking up their problems with the authorities concerned for early redressal.
