JAMMU, June 5: Pacca Danga police arrested a drug addict and recovered six stolen mobile phones from his possession, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Repu Daman, a resident of Mubarak Mandi. He was stealing the mobile phones from a house in Ustad Mohallah, when police arrested him.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Pacca Danga Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Pacca Danga SI Dheeraj Nagpal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Varun Jandial, SP City Dr Vinod Kumar and SSP Jammu Vivek Gupta.
