JAMMU, Jan 2: The State Government has ordered detachment of Dr Gurjeet Singh and allowed him to resume his duties as Incharge Director, Health Service, Jammu, with immediate effect.
Following the Government order, he also resumed his duties as Director Health Services, Jammu, this evening, relieving. Dr Samir Mattoo, Incharge Director, Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization, J&K, of the additional charge.
It may be recalled that Dr Gurjeet Singh was removed as Director Health Services Jammu and ordered to be attached with Administrative Department on the direction of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, who had taken serious cognizance of his absence at Rajouri during her visit there, last month.
