DPS Jammu wins 3rd prize in ‘Nritiyanjali’

JAMMU, Oct 20: The students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu bagged 3rd prize in Inter-DPS Dance Competition-2014 ‘Nritiyanjali’ held at Chandigarh recently.
The theme given by the Delhi Public School Society New Delhi was ‘Joy of School Life’.
12 teams participated in the Competition from North Zone-1 and the 8 students of DPS Jammu who participated in the Competition included Daksha Gupta, Trisha Mahajan, Vanshe Koul, Prakriti Dhar, Rajnandni, Antriksha Sharma, Aditi Aryan and Antra Dhar. The team has been selected for the Nationals to be held in Delhi.
The dance was choreographed by Shalini Pradhan and Sanjeet Mehra.
All these students were felicitated in a special assembly organized in the School.
SS Sodhi, Director DPS Jammu and Principal of the School, Dr D Joseph lauded the efforts of the students for this achievement.
