JAMMU, Feb 25: Dogra Law College organized an Extension Lecture on topic ‘Defamation in the College Auditorium, here.
The Resource Person for the Extension Lecture was Prof KK Arora, Ex-Professor of Law, University of Jammu.
Prof VP Magotra, Principal Dogra Law College welcomed the guest and introduced Prof Arora.
He said Prof Arora is the first generation law teacher of Jammu, who has taught generations of students in Jammu University.
Prof Arora in his lecture explained the concept of ‘Defamation’ in a very lucid and simple way to the students.
The students asked relevant questions which were appropriately replied by the guest speaker.
Aarushi Ohri and Aasmi Saini, both of LL.B 4th Semester presented the welcome address and the vote of thanks respectively.
Staff members of Dogra Law College namely Ramnik Bali, Sandeep Sharma, Dr Komila Aggarwal, Suchi Sharma, Etika Gupta, Shewta Sood, Arushi Khajuria, Sumiksha Razdan and Sunil Sharma were present on the occasion.
