JAMMU, Jan 27:    Dogra Educational Trust with the doctors from Amandeep Multispecialty OPD Clinic organised Physiotherapy camp in the College premises here today.
During the camp Dr Rohini, Dr Ritika (Physiotherapists) & Assistant Manager (Operations)  Mohit, interacted with all the staff members of Dogra Degree College, Dogra Law College & Dogra College of Education.
Doctors highlighted the importance of day-to-day exercise to keep body fit. This was followed by a session in which they exhibited few body postures and various physical exercises to avoid the common ailments associated with stress, strain, hypertension and wrong postures viz. Spondylitus, Cervical, Frozen Shoulder & Tennis Elbow & Knee Joints pain.
The main motive behind the interactive session was to develop awareness among the staff members about the freezing of joints, shooting back pains & cervical related problems. Solutions to all these problems were explained & demonstrated amply with the help of staff. At the end of the session, teachers were empowered with blissful experience and awareness.
Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman, Dogra Educational Trust,  Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary,  Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, Trustee and  SC Khajuria, Director, Admin, expressed their gratitude  to the management of Amandeep Hospital for sparing their valuable time by giving a demo- cum- valuable lecture to help the teachers of the Colleges to remain healthy & fit despite occupational hazards. Vote of thanks was presented by  Afiya Zaman Gorsi, Lecturer of the College.
