UDHAMPUR, Oct 24: District Udhampur Yoga Championship, organised by Jammu and Kashmir Yoga Association concluded at Subash Stadium, here today.
Rayees Bhat, SSP Udhampur was the chief guest on the occasion, while Raj Guru was the guest of honour.
In 8 to 11 years girls, Sukriti Rani, Ananya and Dewanshi claimed 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively, while in 8 to 11 years boys, Sidharth Abrol, Virinder Partap Singh and Tanmay Sharma claimed first three positions.
In 11 to 14 years girls, Anu Devi, Somya and Renu Devi claimed first three positions, while in 11 to 14 years boys, Abhishek Sharma won 1st place and the other two places went to Sourav Verma and Kulvinder respectively.
In 14 to 17 years girls, Pragiti Thakur and Divya Shishti won 1st and 2nd place respectively, while in 14 to 17 years boys, the first three positions went to Sunil Singh, Rahul Kumar and Neeraj Kumar.
In 17 to 21 years boys, Sudesh Kumar and Satish Singh claimed first two positions, while in 21 to 25 years boys, Rakesh Singh won the 1st position and in 25 to 35 years boys, Shamsher Singh was the winner.
