Dharmarth Trust discusses arrangements for Chhari Yatra

JAMMU, Mar 7: J&K Dharmarth Trust, Jammu today discussed arrangements for Holy Chhari Mubarak Yatra on ‘Chetar Choudashi’ falling on March 16.
The Yatra arrangements were reviewed by BR Kundal, president of the Trust, during a meeting held here. The Chhari Yatra from Shri Ranbireshawar Ji Mandir to the historic shrine at Purmandal is an annual feature.
The Chhari Yatra will pass through Raghunath ji Temple, Lakshmi Narayan temple and other religious places to reach Purmandal. On March 15, a day prior to the departure of the holy mace, pooja-archana shall be performed at Shri Ranbireshawer temple at 5 pm.
The Shobha Yatra of Chhari Mubarak will commence from Shri Ranbireshawar Mandir, Shalamar, Jammu at 8:00 AM on March 16 and after offering prayers at Shri Raghunath temple the holy mace will reach Shri Lakshami Narayan Mandir Gandhi Nagar at 8:30 AM, where Chhari Poojan will be performed and then it will leave for Purmandal.
Dharmarth Trust has made all arrangements for the devotees including Bhandara at Purmandal where Prasad will also be served to the devotees. Public at large is invited to accompany the holy mace or reach Purmandal to seek blessing of Lord Shiva.
