JAMMU, Mar 8: A meeting of Dharamshalla Trust Budgam was held here, today under the chairmanship of its president, M L Koul Gulabi in which Rajinder Kumar Koul has been elected as the new general secretary of the Dharamshalla Trust Budgam.
This was stated in a handout issued by the Trust here today. It said post had fallen vacant due to the death of Bushan Lal Koul ex general secretary of the Trust.
