JAMMU, Jan 24: Dharam Jagran Samanvay Vibhag of state is going to organize Kabaddi competition on January 26, 2017 at Baba Kailakh Devsthan to encourage the social harmony in the society.
Over 200 players from the weaker and under privileged section of the society will participate in this competition. The motive of the competition is to bring social harmony in the society.
Prant Parmukh of Dharam Jagran Samanvay Vibhag Parmukh, Rakesh Ji in a press conference disclosed that social harmony is necessary to boost the moral of youth belonging to weaker and under privileged   section of the society.
He said, the young generation of the weaker section lacks basic facilities to participate in any type of event either in education, sports or other competitive events.
To boost the morale of the youth of weaker section, Social Harmony Kabaddi competition would be organized on January 26, 2017 at Baba Kailakh Devsthan near Thathar, Bantalab at 11 am. More than 200 players from weaker section from Belicharana, Pouni Chak, Raipur and other areas of Jammu district would participate in this competition.
Rakesh Ji said that MLA Gagan Bhagat would be the chief guest while president State Kabaddi Association, Anil Gupta, Mahant Rameshwar Das, Mahant Divyanand and Shakti Dutt general secretary Baba Kailakh Devsthan Mandir Committee will grace the occasion.
After conducting different matches, winner team would be awarded with cash prize and memento and other teams too would be felicitated on this occasion. Daharam Jagran is organizing different programme in society to uplift the social harmony among masses and strengthen the social fabric of the society.
Organizers of the competition, Sunil Dutt Raka, Dr Govind Kumar and Yash Seth were also present on the occasion.
