JAMMU, Feb 25: DGP, J&K Police, Dr SP Vaid, today launched Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited’s (BPCL’s) cross promotion scheme under the name of “Fill Petrol & Win a Dinner” among Jammu city Petrol Pumps and Bharat gas distributors.
The scheme was launched in a small but impressive function held at Police Parivar Fuel Care (PPFC) Petrol Pump, Gandhi Nagar. IGP Jammu Zone, SD Singh Jamwal and Rajesh Sharma, Territory Manager of BPCL (Retail) J&K, were also present on the occasion.
BPCL has completed more than a decade of successful running of PPFC Petrol Pumps in various parts of J&K and the Territory Manager, Rajesh Sharma, has been associated with the PPFC initiative since its inception.
Meanwhile, the DGP also unfurled the curtains of the newly constructed building at the Petrol Pump apart from honoring the J&K Police officers who nourished PPFC pumps in the initial phase of their stabilization. He further appreciated efforts of the company in bringing full automation to almost all the petrol pumps in the State and supporting the martyr’s families through this initiative.
The scheme ‘Fill Petrol & Win a Dinner’ is available at select Retail outlets of the company in which the coupons delivered with the Bharat gas cylinders are to be produced at nearest petrol pumps after which the lucky winners shall be taken outlet per petrol pump per week.
Rajesh Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, briefed the audience and participants about various efforts of the company to fulfill the aspirations of the customers by way of getting them connected in one or the other way regularly. He requested the DGP to make this petrol ump a model petrol pump suggesting various options in the interest of commuters and public in general.
