Development halted due to wrong policies, programmes of BJP: Bhalla

JAMMU, Mar 13: Former Minister and senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla expressed serious concern over the development scenario in State in general and Gandhi Nagar constituency in particular.
He added that development has been halted due to the wrong policies and programmes of BJP.
Bhalla stated this while addressing party workers at Qasim Nagar to review preparation of Urban Local Bodies elections.
He said that he was pained to see the condition of roads and shortage of basic amenities. He criticized the BJP for ignoring and cheating the people of Jammu region by not taking any stand on important issues and also in ensuring the proper supply and distribution of essential commodities.
Bhalla expressed the confidence that people have understood the hollow slogans of BJP and will never give their mandate to its any leader.
He asked the workers to rejuvenate their strength to teach BJP a lesson in upcoming Local Bodies Elections and assured the people that he will not leave no stone unturned to project and address the grievances of people of Gandhi Nagar constituency.
District President Jammu Anil Chopra said that Congress is very much sure to win ULB elections as under BJP and PDP rule people have been left in lurch.
Among others present were on Ramakant, General Secretary, District Congress Committee, Naresh Maini, Gourav Chopra, Rakesh Bhagat, Dewan Chand, Panna Lal, Sumitra, Yash, etc.
