RAJOURI, Sept 21: While acting on the social media reports regarding violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC), District Election Officer Rajouri, Mohd Aijaz Asad (DC) has taken a strong note of it.
The DEO in an order issued here this evening, sought detailed report from Assistant Director, FCS&CA Rajouri to ascertain the veracity of the news on social media. He said any violation of the MCC shall be dealt as per provisions of law and the legal action shall be initiated against the violator.
