POONCH, Aug 10: District Development Commissioner, Rahul Yadav today reviewed the progress in meeting the commitments made during Governor’s visit to this border district here at a meeting.
The meeting was attended by ADC Dr Basharat Hussain ACR B A Lone , officials of executing agencies, district and sectoral officers of various department.
A detailed appraisal of the status of various developmental projects like Mandi-Fagla road, bridge and stadium at Mandi Bafliaz-Marha road and Sakhimaidan-Kalai road was given at the meeting.
Rahul Yadav instructed the executing agencies to start the projects immediately to meet the Government’s commitment.
The DDC also took stock of the progress on Indoor stadium and Mini-Secretariat . He directed executing agency to submit the progress report with information of rooms functional and total Square feet area ready to use.
Meanwhile, the meeting was informed about the upgradation of New Bus Stand Poonch and inclusion of families living across LOC into BPL list.
Further, the DDC instructed the heads of the line departmental to submit the Disaster damage report and send the estimates according to SDRF norms.
Lastly, the DDC directed the concerned officials for Swatchta Servekshan in and around their office premises.
