POONCH: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Tariq Ahamad Zargar visited district hospital Poonch to meet the victims of cross LOC firings in Kirni Shahpur sector.
DC was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Dr. Bashrat Hussain and Superintendent district hospital Dr. Nayaz Chowdhary.
DC met the injured persons and assured them best medical treatment. Meanwhile he handed over rupees five thousands on spot to attendants of each of six injured persons who are being treated in district hospital Poonch.
DC said rupees one lakh would be provided to NOKs of two (victims)children who lost their lives in today’s cross LOC shelling incidents.
