JAMMU, Feb 13: State vice president Dalit Sena, Gian Chand Bhagat has demanded that one MLC be elected from the Dalit Community of Kishtwar as some seats of MLCs are to be filled up in March-April this year.
Bhagat said till date no such chance has been given to Dalit community of Kishtwar. The region as well as this community has been ignored by the Government. He demanded that one member of the community be nominated from Kishtwar district.
