JAMMU, Dec 1: Narpat Singh from Rajasthan started his ride on bicycle from Jammu to Gujarat with the message to Save Environment and make India green and prosperous.
Narpat Singh said, he will cover Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat, a total of 4000 kilometers in 30 days and during his awareness campaign he will plant 1000 saplings in different schools and colleges. Individually he has planted 80000 saplings and rescued 114 animals.
Eco-Riders is a group of young boys and girls who have volunteered themselves to protect the environment by planting trees and educating the masses regarding the need and importance of waste management as well as plantation.
