Cyclist on expedition to Kanyakumari reaches Jammu

JAMMU, Nov 20: A Kolkata based cyclist, Samrat Moulik, who started his solo cycling expedition from Ladakh on 8th of this month today reached Jammu.
A handout stated that the expedition will culminate at Kanyakumari.
After Kanyakumari, Samrat will visit Sri Lanka to spread awareness regarding importance of rivers.
He will cover about 5500 kms in about 90 days during the expedition.
National Insurance is the insurance partner of this expedition with the message of ‘Save River and Conserve Water for the environment and future generations’.
Samrat will also note the condition of rivers and other water bodies during his expedition.
