Cultural prog organised at Goodwill School

SRINAGAR, June 22: A colourful cultural programme was held at Army Goodwill School, Boniyar.
On the occasion, Major General VG Khandare, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Dagger Division and Patron of the Army Goodwill School was the chief guest, while large number of guests, citizens, Principal of Government Schools and parents of the students were also present.
During the programme, the students of Army Goodwill School, Boniyar and various Government Schools of Boniyar and tehsil Uri took part and presented cultural items.
The cultural programme by the children depicted various cultural facet of country, talk on women empowerment, social evil and group songs, which were highly appreciated by the audience with thundering applauses.
Raised in 2002 the Army Goodwill School, Boniyar has evolved into a quality educational institute over the years.  The School provides quality education at par with other schools in the country with the latest teaching and training aid procured for the students.
The result achieved by the School, particularly in class Xth board examination, bear testimony to the high standards set by the School. Army Goodwill School, Boniyar can justifiably take pride in being amongst the best performing institutions in both curricular and extra curricular spheres.
