Crude palm oil futures remain up on rising demand

NEW DELHI, Nov 8:  Crude palm oil prices advanced by 1.24 per cent to Rs 565 per 10 kg in futures trading today after a firm trend at spot market on strong demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in November month rose by Rs 6.90, or 1.24 per cent to Rs 565 per 10 kg in business turnover of 360 lots.
In a similar fashion, the oil for delivery in far-month December traded higher by Rs 6.60, or 1.18 per cent to Rs 568 per 10 kg in 36 lots.
Analysts said expanding of positions by participants owing to pick up in demand at physical market against tight stocks position on restricted supplies from producing regions mainly kept crude palm oil prices up at futures trade. (PTI)
