Criminal held with sharp edged weapons

JAMMU, Apr 15: Bishnah police arrested a criminal along with two sharp edged weapons ‘toka’.
A police spokesman said that, a police team from Bishnah police station headed by SHO Narinder Singh while on naka duty at Chorli Bishnah intercepted a pedestrian namely Santokh Singh, son of Karnail Singh of Nikowal, RS Pura.
During search, police recovered two sharp edge weapons (toka) which the accused was carrying with a criminal intension, he said, adding that the accused was arrested later.
A case under FIR number 60/14 under Section 4/25-Arms Act has been registered at police station Bishnah and investigation started to ascertain the facts behind carrying sharp edged weapons.
