JAMMU, Oct 1: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Haq Nawaz Zargar has rejected the bail application of one Rajinder Kumar, who was booked by the police under Sections 376/354/201 RPC.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “the charge has been framed against the accused under Sections 376/354/201 RPC and till date statement of any prosecution witness including prosecutrix has not been recorded”.
“The charge framed against the accused has not been altered and the same cannot be altered at this stage also. So prima facie presumption continues that accused had committed the offence”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
