JAMMU, Sept 30: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Y P Kotwal today rejected the bail application of one Anil Kumar Billa, who was arrested in alleged gang rape case.
After hearing both the sides, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court observed, “during the course of investigation, offences of abduction, illegal confinement and gang rape have been established”, adding “the investigation of the case has not been completed and the statement of witnesses is yet to be recorded”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
