SRINAGAR, Aug 6: 4th Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar Kamlesh Pandita has rejected the bail applications of two narco smugglers, who were arrested with 250 grams of brown sugar.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “the menace of drugs in the society has taken roots in our culture and there is no doubt that release of accused will leave an adverse impact on the psyche of the society”.
Accordingly, court rejected the bail application.
