UDHAMPUR, Oct 1: Continuing with its endeavour to ensure that the flood affected people should get immediate attention and their condition should be ameliorated expeditiously, Core group constituted for the purpose by the District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur visited Saddal village, which has virtually perished as a result of landslides.
The core group headed by Jatinder Singh Jamwal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhampur visited the Saddal village and witnessed the operation for removal of the bodies of the deceased persons, which are still buried under the debris.
The core group also includes Gourav Mahajan, DySP Headquarters, Raju Sambyal, tehsildar and members of bar association.
The core group also visited the relief camps set up at Panjar and Kasoori and listed to the grievances of the people, which are being conveyed to the district administration for suitable and prompt action.
