Raising slogans in support of their demand for regularization, the protesting Contractual Lecturers urged the Government to come out with an assurance to frame an appropriate policy for regularization of their services. He also mentioned about various Government orders and the court direction, supporting their claim for regularization.
On of the senior Contractual Lecturer, Vinod Kumar, who is on fast unto death since February 24, reiterated that he would continue the fast till Government concedes their demand. He has being joined by other members, who are observing chain hunger strike.
