LUDHIANA: Obtaining degrees is not an end in itself and students should develop skills and qualities that help in development of the country, Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra said today.
Delivering the annual convocation address at the SCD Government college here, Vohra called upon students to continue efforts for the upliftment of the country with an increased sense of responsibility and integrity.
Mere education was not enough, he said adding it was important to understand the responsibilities that fall on the shoulders of the educated. (AGENCIES)
