Cong leaders appeal migrants to vote for secular forces

JAMMU, Mar 24: Congress Migrant Cell in its meeting here, today held under the leadership of its chairman Hira Lal Pandita has appealed the migrant voters to support Congress candidate and Party president Ghulam Ahmed Mir from Anantnag Lok Sabha Constituency and N C president and Party candidate Dr Farooq Abdullah in Srinagar Constituency.
The meeting appealed the Kashmiri migrants to fill up their M Forms enmass to cast their vote in favour of G A Mir and Dr Abdullah to strengthen secular forces in the State and also ensure the overall development of the State.
The meeting said that Kashmiri migrants were subjected to many hardships during last two years of PDP-BJP Government in the State and they were even deprived of monthly ration supply under APL category, besides hurdles have been created in bifurcation of families, issuance of State Subject and other certificates inclusion of new born babies etc by the Relief organization and these problems never existed in the Congress-NC rule.
The meeting among others was addressed by M N Pandita vice chairman, Shadi Lal Pandita co convener, Chuni Lal Kandi and Kiran Dhar general secretaries Chaman Lal organizing secretary, B L Pandita and A K Raina.
They said during last two years there is no change on ground level and people are facing enormous problems while condition of roads all over State is bad and there is no improvement in power and water supply.
