Computers handed over to Govt schools

KISHTWAR, Apr 29: Police handed over two computers each to two Government schools, here today.
The computers were handed over to Principals of Higher Secondary School Thakrie and Higher Secondary School Palmar by SSP Kishtwar Sandeep Wazir.
On the occasion, Abdul Qayoom, Additional SP Kishtwar, Irshad Ahmed, DySP Operations Kishtwar, prominent citizens and staff of both the schools were present.
While speaking, SSP Kishtwar impressed upon the students that by using these computers they can learn more and gain very useful knowledge. He also said that by organizing these Civic Action Programmes, police try to have close liaison and better relations and coordination with public.
A lecture on drug addiction was also organized, in which Sandeep Wazir, SSP Kishtwar, and Irshad Ahmed, DySP Operations Kishtwar asked the students to stay away from the menace of drugs.
