JAMMU, Dec 16: In a contempt petition in PIL regarding setting up of railway counter at J&K High Court at par with other High Courts, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed and Justice Sanjeev Kumar today directed that the directions dated March 17, 2016 shall be carried out in letter and spirit within two weeks.
After hearing Advocate BR Manhas, who is petitioner also, the DB further directed that in case there was no compliance then the RK Verma, Secretary Railway Board shall remain present in the court on the next date of hearing.
