CEO Shrine Board conducts grievance redressal camps

KATRA, Nov 15: Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Simrandeep Singh, accompanied by a team of officers, conducted grievance redressal camps at Bhawan and Sanjichhat, and held interactive sessions with the staff.
The employees presented their demands pertaining to service and welfare matters to the CEO. The CEO gave patient hearing to the demands put forth in the camp and assured them of earliest resolution of the same.
The CEO enumerated various measures which have already been taken for the general welfare of the employees of the Board. The CEO asked the officers and staff of the Board to do their best in ensuring smooth facilitation of pilgrims visiting the Holy Cave Shrine. He appreciated the team of 800 odd Safai Karamcharis who were instrumental in Shrine’s winning the prestigious ‘Cleanest Religious Place’ award at Safai-giri Summit organized by the India Today Group in Mumbai this year.
The team of officers which accompanied the CEO comprised of Vivek Verma, Additional CEO; Dr Arvind Karwani, Deputy CEO; Naresh Kumar, SDM Bhawan; and other concerned officers of the Board.
Among those who participated in the interaction programmes included a number of Safai Karamcharis and other staff of the Board posted in these areas.
