JAMMU, May 4: Chief Education Officer, Kathua Joginder Kumar Sudan along with Jasbir Singh Samyal Assistant Director (P&S) and A R Tantrey Zonal Education Officer, Zone Sallan paid a surprise visit to various schools of Zone Sallan and Zone Kathua.
They inspected HS Parngoli, Girls Primary School Parngoli, PS Lower Parngoli and Middle School Sallan.
CEO expressed his grave concern over the insanitation condition of the schools as toilets were filthy and rooms unhealthy. The incharge schools were asked to get them cleaned by utilizing school funds.
One teacher Chander Parkash Gupta was found absent from duty and ZEO Sallan, DDO of the School were directed not to draw his salary till further orders. Moreover the incharge school was asked to call his explanation for his unauthorized absence.
