Centre working hard to bring positive changes in country: Bhagat

JAMMU, Mar 13: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) RS Pura and Political Advisor to State BJP President Dr Gagan Bhagat visited Chak Bhaktawar village of the Chak Mohammad Yaar Panchyat to continue with the “Jan Vishvaas Yatra”, which was started on March 10 and will be completed in the end of this month.
Dr Gagan Bhagat while addressing the gathering said that the Union Government under the leadership of Narendra Modi has been continuously working hard to bring some positive changes in the country, among its citizens and with the International community.
The schemes and projects started by the Government have proven beneficial for poor and deserving persons of the society who were alienated in the previous Congress led Government in the Centre, he said.
He also listed the achievements of the BJP coalition Government in the Jammu and Kashmir, in which one can clearly differentiate that ten months of the BJP-PDP coalition Government were far better than the rule of National Conference and Congress led Government in the State.
He added that Laadli Beti Yojna, Fasal Beema Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, LPG Connections to poor women, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, enhancement in the emoluments of SPOs, Make in India, Digital India, Skill Development and controlling the ever increasing prices of diesel and petrol initiatives of NDA Government are aimed at development, welfare and bringing progress.
Dr Bhagat claimed that in J&K, BJP as coalition partner brought corruption to end, provided people-centric Government with focus on women empowerment and welfare of weaker sections, youth and farmers.
Among others present were Mandal Pradhan RS Pura Natha Ram, Inder Sudan, Noubat Ram, Avtar Singh, Charanjeet, Sarpanch Bahadur Chand, Gurdeep Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Rajesh Babbu and Satwant Singh Sodhi.
