Cardamom weakens on muted demandq

NEW DELHI, Dec 30: Cardamom prices fell up to Rs 15 per kg at the wholesale kirana market in the national capital today owing to slackened demand.

Cardamom brown Jhundiwali and brown-Kanchicut fell up to Rs 15 to settle at Rs 580-590 and Rs 650-935 per kg, respectively.

Marketmen said subdued domestic as well as export demand against adequate stocks position mainly weighed on cardamom prices.
