JAMMU, Jan 2: A car has been stolen from Gumat area, falling under the jurisdiction of City police station.
As per police sources, Parveen Kumar Gupta, son of late Chuni lal Gupta of Purani Mandi lodged a complaint with police station City stating that some unidentified thieves had stolen his Santro car bearing registration number JK02AN-1958 from Gumat area.
Acting over the complaint, a case under Section 379 RPC has been registered at police station City and hunt has been launched to arrest the thieves.
