JAMMU, Feb 21: BSNL customers, who are looking for linking their mobile number with Aadhaar or re-verification of their mobile number with Aadhaar, can do that by just calling the IVRS toll-free number 14546.
This OTP-based IVRS verification method removes the hassle for customers to visit the nearest BSNL CSC to get the Aadhaar card linked to the mobile connection.
The State-run telecom operator has also recently introduced a web-based application for re-verification of mobile connections of NRIs and senior citizens. NRIs and senior citizens can also re-verify their mobile connection by the OTP based, IVRS procedure as the automated call asks you to select “if you are an NRI or Indian citizen” at the beginning.
