JAMMU, Nov 11: Bharat Vikas Parishad Bahu Branch conducted the competition of Bharat Ko Jano at Govt Middle School, Railway Colony, here.
Principal Avneet Kaur was the chief guest on the occasion.
State President Bharat Vikas Parishad, Amita Sharma and State Vice President, ML Vaid attended the function.
Purshotam Gupta president of the branch presented welcome address.
ML Vaid Chairman Bharat Ko Jano Quiz Programme supported by Vijay Sharma conducted the competition among the Senior and as well as Junior Level.
At Senior level, New Era Mother High School, Nanak Nagar stood 1st, Rainbow Public High School, Rampura, Gandhi Nagar clinched 2nd place and Himmat Learning Higher Secondary School, Chhanni Himmat remained third.
At Junior level, Himmat Learning Higher Secondary School, Chhanni Himmat stood 1st, Jeevan Jyoti Public School bagged second spot, and Rainbow Public High School, Rampura, Gandhi Nagar stood 3rd.
The prizes were distributed among the winners and the consolation prize also given to all the participants.
