JAMMU, July 12: Bahu Fort police under Operation Sanjeevani arrested a Burmese national along with 3 kilograms of ganja, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Noor Hakim, a resident of Burma, presently residing in Sunjawa.
A case under FIR Number 163/17 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Bahu Fort police station and investigation started to ascertain the source of the consignment.
Police team led by SHO Bahu Fort Inspector Bharat Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
