JAMMU, Apr 14: BSNL J&K Circle held its first twitter town hall live chat session using #TalkToCGMBSNLJK from 1600 hrs to 1700 hrs on Thursday with all the BSNL customers of J&K Circle to know their feedbacks and grievances.
CGM BSNL J&K personally attended the feedback, public grievance and relative response to the tweets given to the customers. A number of customers availed this opportunity of interacting with CGM J&K Circle and reported issues like security refund, mobile n/w problems etc.
The customers were assured by CGM for quick redressal of their problems. BSNL J&K Circle will hold more such twitter town hall live sessions in time to come.
