BSF School Paloura to lock horns with KC Public School in summit clash

JAMMU, Feb 16: BSF School Paloura and KC Public School registered emphatic victories over their rivals   in the ongoing ‘Khelo Khel- Bhulo Nasha’ Jammu Soccer Championship and sealed berth in the final at Parade Ground, here today.
The two teams will lock horns with each other in the final at the same venue tomorrow.
The tournament is being organized under the supervision of In-charge SSP Jammu, Dr Vinod Kumar whereas the Coordinator of the tournament is Rajesh Gill, Chief Prosecuting Officer NHRC Jammu.
The objective of the tournament is to involve young children in sports activities and provide them platform to showcase their hidden talent.
Today, in the first match, BSF School Paloura defeated Jodhamal Public School by 3-1 goals.
The first goal was scored by Akshit Sharma in 7th minute of the game whereas the second and third goals were netted by Shivam in 25th and 44th minutes of the game.
Jodhamal school players tried hard to give a befitting reply but failed in scoring any goal, thus lost the match by 3-1 goals.
In the second match, KC Public School defeated JP World  School by 4-1 goals. The first and second goal was scored by Vardaan in 5th and 24th minutes and the third goal was netted by Kunal Koul in 42nd  minute. Alikhan pelted the 4th goal in 54th minute of the  game.
JP World School scored only one goal through  Zulfiqar in 19th minute of the game thus lost the match by 4-1 goals.
The officials of the match were Rahul Sharma, Dheeraj Menia and Neetika.
In tomorrow’s fixture, KC Public School will take on BSF School Paloura at 12.30 PM in the title clash.
