BSF Kashmir enters State Hockey semis

JAMMU, Apr 1: Defeating Jammu West by five goals to three (5-3) in a well fought contest, BSF Kashmir sealed berth in the semifinals of the ongoing State Hockey Championship, organized by Hockey J&K at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here today.
Now, BSF Kashmir will take on Jammu Rural in the last four stage.
The Championship is being sponsored by Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council.
Showkat Choudhary, Director Pollution Control Board was the chief guest on the occasion, while Rajeev Sharma, Industrialist was the guest of honour.
The match was officiated by Angad Singh, Gurjeet Singh, Tejinder Singh, PP Singh and Iqbal Singh, while the matches are being held under the supervision of GS Bakshi, general Secretary Hockey J&K.
