JAMMU, July 16: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), India’s second largest oil retailing company known for its customer excellence and automation at the Retail Outlets today in its unique initiative felicitated the staff of Police Pariwar Petrol Pump at RS Pura.
This Police Retail Outlet (RO) which is one of the Retail Outlets of Police Pariwar being run for the welfare of families of the martyrs of J&K Police was established in 2007. Since then, this Petrol Pump has kept upto the expectations of the customers of the area by establishing a brand of trust among motorists. Being the leader of sales in the trading market of RS Pura, this Retail Outlet is running of full automation and is being monitored remotely by concerned authorities.
In a small but impressive function today, BPCL carried out a felicitation programme for staff and customers of Retail outlet. The function was presided over by RC Kotwal, SP (HQ) Jammu of J&K Police and Rajesh Sharma, Territory Manager (Retail), BPCL.
During function, rewards were distributed to staff and select customers to recognize them for their contribution in making the Retail Outlet, a brand of trust among public.
Mayank Singh, Deputy Manager, BPCL, explained automation system of the company to the gathering and also demonstrated checks being conducted to ensure Quality and Quantity.
Rajesh Sharma informed gathering that BPCL has become first company which has made almost all of its Retail Outlets automated in State and is committed to the expectations of customers.
