POONCH, Nov 30: Mystery shrouds the death of 17-year-old boy whose body was found lying near a mosque at village Potha in Surankote area this morning.
A police spokesman said that Aftar Ahmed (student of 12th class), son of Mohd Nazir, resident of a nearby village had gone to Potha to attend a marriage function last night. He went missing and did not return home. Today morning his dead body was found lying near a mosque. The police party led by SHO Surankote, shifted his body to local Sub District Hospital for postmortem and later handed over to the family. The police registered a case and started investigation under Section 174 CrPC.
