KATHUA Oct 5: Police Post, Nagri, today foiled the bid to smuggle of five bovine animals
A team of Police Post Nagri led by incharge Police Post, S I Vikas Jasrotia on a tip off late last night established checkpoint at Nakkian Nadoli area falling in the jurisdiction of Police Post Nagri and seized one Mahindra Bolero bearing Registration No PB35UT-4506 coming from Punjab which was carrying five bovine animals.
In this process Police saved five bovine animals being smuggled in the vehicle.
Police has registered a case FIR No 376/2018 US 188 RPC, 3/5 PCA Act and investigation taken up. People widely appreciated action of Kathua Police.
