Excelsior Correspondent
MENDHAR,  Jan 7: A BOSE team of flying squad was subjected to stone pelting and locked in a  room by some locals at Government Girls High School Harni, following detection of mass copying and framing of four cases of unfair means in the class 10th examination being held there.
The flying squad team, comprising of three Senior Lecturers, were rescued by  cops from Police Station Gursai, who rushed to the spot  after getting an information about the incident.
The trouble erupted after the flying squad team tried to stop a candidate from copying in the exam and the latter tore his answer sheet besides leaving the exam centre. As the visiting team was busy inspecting the exam centre and framing  cases of unfair means, some local villagers reached the spot and started holding a protest there. Soon they  locked  the flying squad members in a room and refused to let them go.
After the Police rescued  BOSE  team, a case was also registered in this connection.
Meanwhile, reports from Kathua said that  flying squad team framed nine cases of unfair means at HSS Jakhbar, where class 10th exam was going on.
